Grounds Maintenance
Ground Maintenance focuses on keeping a facility’s outdoor areas neat and presentable. This results in both an aesthetic and practical appearance.
Ground Maintenance consists of mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns. Weed and mulch landscape beds, trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees or branches. Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants, also including pesticides, herbicides, and or other treatments to plants or soil. During inclement weather, it also involves snow removal and ice management.
Lighting Maintenance
Lighting Maintenance involves changing and replacing new bulbs or new fixtures, ballast etc. We have contracts with a national lighting company so there really is no light that we cant obtain. We can do upgrades as well as maintenance on regular systems. Street lights, illuminated signs, horizontal, landscape, outdoor decorative, interior, led, and inspections, etc.
Construction / Renovation
Renovation is the process of bringing back (updating) something to its original luster, by improving outdated sources through cleaning, remodeling, or restoration. Renovation can include power washing, window cleaning, floor cleaning, painting, resurfacing, staining, rewiring, replacing, epoxy fields, etc. Whether it's a large building or small kitchen we can accommodate most customers.
